Service Terms Agreements
Parts warranty is extend until (30) days. All parts installed have (30) days of full warranty and will be replaced without additional charge. The service dealer must be notified within (30) days after acceptance by the customer. Service Dealer only warrants the parts installed and does not warrant anything else related to the repaired unit in the event of unsatisfactory performance with the unit. Service and labor warranty is extend to (90) days. Any device during the first (90) day will be repaired without service or labor charge, covering only the specific issue listed above.Charge for part would apply after (30) day of the repair's date.The devices are cover by the warranty terms only with the service receipt, without receipt warranty doesn't apply and charge would apply for repair service.
Charge for the estimate would be required in some devices (according to the type of unit). This amount is required before the estimates are provided to customer. Estimates are valid only for (7) days after notified the customer and it is for labor only, materials are additional.Customers that are not agree with the estimate and don't want to repair the device; the Amount paid for the estimate will not be refunded. If devices can't be repaired because parts or any components are not available for the properly service, the amount paid for the estimate will not be refunded.We don't refund money for any service or repair, we offer store credit, merchandise trade or repair service (in accordance with our Service terms and warranty)
Customers have (7) days to pick up the units after we notified the customer that the devices is finished, repaired, checked or customer are not agree to fix it. We are not responsible for any unit left (7) days after we notified the customer that the devices is finished, repaired, checked or customer are not agree to fix it. Devices, products or units held for over (30) days become Dealer's property and deposit will not be refunded.
Any used device for sale are the final sale and doesn't have return neither refund (used devices are sale “AS-IS”).
Devices or jobs that required deposit, we required a deposit of 50% before begin to work or Service for any devices.
We are not responsible for any data or personal information left in internal hard driver or device memory.Customer must remove or save all personal information or data from devices before bring It to service.
All promotions and offers on this website could be subject to restriction and change in our workshop. Online sales and offers in our online store are subject to the terms and conditions in our online store.
We will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other Causes beyond our control. Service will be conducted in a professional and reasonable manner, and as efficient as possible.
