How can I pay for the service?

We accept payments in cash, debit card and credit card. For businesses, we also accept Paypal and checks. All credit and debit cards are subject to a fee.

How long do I have to wait to get an estimate?

We usually provide an estimate within 24 hours but never more than 48 hours.

How much will it cost me to fix my ……………?

To provide the customer an accurate cost of the repair service, we have to diagnose the device first. After the diagnostic we will provide you with the repair service cost.

What if I leave my device repaired or not repaired more than 30 days?

A.

Devices, products or units held for over (30) days become Dealer’s property and deposit will not be refunded.

How many days do I have to pick up a repaired or not repaired device?

A.

All equipment or devices must be picked up by customers within 7 days after customer is notified.

How many days of warranty do you offer for repaired devices?

A.

Repair service is covered by 90 days of warranty.

What kind of electronic devices do you fix?

We fix all flat screen TV's (LCD, Plasma & Led), Sound system's (receivers, amplifiers, subwoofer  and sound Bars), CCTV DVRs, Cell Phone Screens, PC & Laptops, Monitors, Video Cameras and more....

Do you offer home service?

A.

Yes, we offer home service but customers have to pay for estimate (cost for estimate is depending of the city)

How much do I have to pay for estimate?

A.

The estimate is free in repair shop.
